This Legal Notice regulates the access, navigation and use of this web site (from hereinafter, the “Web Site”).



In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, regarding E-Commerce and information Society Services, we inform you that the Web Site is owned by the societies LANAI PARTNERS SL, with Tax I.D. number B66873159, domiciled in C/ Avinguda Diagonal, 456, 08006 Barcelona, España, and registered with the Commercial Register of Barcelona, Volume 45.691, Sheet 35, Inscription 1º .

The access and/or use of the Web Site confers the condition of User, and as such you accept, as from the moment of said access and/or use, this Legal Notice and, where applicable, any changes thereto.



The Web Site can provide access to a wide range of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information (from hereinafter, “Contents”) belonging to THE COMPANY or to third parties, that the User may have access.

The User assumes responsibility for using the Web Site. Said responsibility extends to the registration that, where applicable, may be necessary to access the Contest of the Web Site.

The User commits to make an appropriate use of the Contents provided through the Web Site and including but not limited to not using them to (i) engage in any activity which is unlawful, illicit or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) cause any damage in the physical and logical systems belonging to the owner of the Web Site, to its suppliers or any third party, (iii) introduce or spread on the Internet any computer virus or other physical or software system liable to cause such damages as is described above.



All the rights on the Content, design and source code of this Web Site and, in particular, including but not limited to all the rights of the photographs, images, texts, logos, designs, trademarks, trade names, data included in the Web Site and any other intellectual and industrial property rights are owned by THE COMPANY, or either by third parties that have expressly given their permission to THE COMPANY, for its use in their Web Site.

For this purpose and pursuant to Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, which approved the restated text of the Law on Intellectual Property, lending order, clarity and harmony to the applicable statutory provisions on the matter, as well as in Law 17/2001, of 7 December, of Trademarks and the supplementary legislation relating to intellectual and industrial property, it is expressly forbidden any reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, public communication, including any means of making available, fully or partially, the Contents of the Web Site, on any support and by any means technically available, unless express authorisation has been granted in writing from THE COMPANY.

THE COMPANY does not grant any license or authorisation of use whatsoever over their intellectual and industrial property rights or over any other property or rights related to the Web Site, and under no circumstances shall the Users’ access and navigation implies a resignation, transmission, license or total or partial transfer of these rights on behalf of THE COMPANY.

Any use of these contents which was not previously authorised by THE COMPANY will be considered a serious infringement of the intellectual or industry property rights and shall give rise to the legally established liabilities.



THE COMPANY declares it has adopted all the necessary measures that, within its possibilities and the current state of technology, allow the proper functioning of its Web Site as well as the absence of virus and harmful components. However, THE COMPANY cannot be held responsible for: (a) the continuity and availability of the Contents; (b) the absence of errors in said Contents nor the correction of any defect that may arise; (c) the absence of virus and/or other harmful components; (d) the damages caused by any person who harms the security systems of THE COMPANY.

THE COMPANY may temporarily suspend and without notice the accessibility to the Web Site for the purpose of maintenance, repair, upgrading or enhancement operations. Nevertheless, as circumstances allow, THE COMPANY will communicate to the User, sufficiently in advance, the envisaged date for the suspension of the contents.

THE COMPANY shall not be held responsible for any use that users might make of the Contents included on its Web Site. As a result, THE COMPANY does not guarantee that the usage users might make of the Contents included in the Web Site, where applicable, complies with this Legal Notice, nor that such usage is carried out diligently.



The Web Site may contain hyperlinks which allow the User to access third-party web sites. THE COMPANY assumes no responsibility for the content, information or services that may appear on those sites, which shall be considered as being offered exclusively for informative purposes by THE COMPANY, and in no case, do they imply any relationship, acceptance or support between THE COMPANY and the people or entities that own such content or the owners of the sites on which they are found.



In the event that the Web Site allows users to publish comments and opinions on said Web Site (e.g. via a blog), the users expressly state that all the contents they publish on the Web Site are from their sole property, or that they either have the express authorisation of the owners of such contents, being the users exclusively responsible in case said contents do not violate the rights of third parties.

Users must take into consideration that such comments and opinions shall not contain expressions which are not suitable for all audiences, nor shall they include indecorous contents or which are not considered appropriate or that offend general sensibilities.

In particular, the Web Site will not allow the following:

  • Discriminatory publications: Under no circumstances shall be allowed publications that go against any individual and that violate the right to honour, privacy, family life, self-image and personal dignity. Any form of discriminatory publication is strictly forbidden, either by race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality, disability, or any other personal or social circumstance.
  • Degrading content: Publications which are aggressive, threatening, degrading or that in any way promote violence against an individual or a particular group.
  • Advertising content: It is not allowed the usage of the Web Site as a means of advertising, business, trademarks or personal items, as well as obtaining email addresses in order to subsequently send unsolicited commercial communications.
  • Contents that promote self-harming behaviour: Any form of publications that promote drug use, as well as any publications which have the incitement to eating disorders and self-harming as an objective.

THE COMPANY reserves the right to remove any comment and opinion that allegedly includes any form of the contents mentioned above. Likewise, THE COMPANY reserves the right to limit the access of the user which had failed to fulfil the obligations under the provisions of this paragraph.

Moreover, we inform you that the users who publish any content on the Web Site automatically grant THE COMPANY a worldwide, unrestricted and royalty-free license to use, distribute, display such communications, adapt and reproduce said contents. Through such license, THE COMPANY may transform, adapt, and ultimately, use the contents for the proper functioning of the Web Site.



The conditions of this Legal Notice will be in force until they are modified, with THE COMPANY being able to make changes, which shall be notified to the User.

THE COMPANY may delete, add or edit both the Contents and the form in which these appear presented or located. Therefore, the conditions that are published at the time the users accesses the Web Site of THE COMPANY shall be considered applicable.



The Terms and Conditions hereof are governed by Spanish law. In the case of any conflict arising, the parties will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals which correspond to the address of THE COMPANY, unless another jurisdiction is based on law.
